Abstract
The research examines the current state of collective bargaining, the nature of existing bargaining structures, alternative models that have developed, and the problems being experienced in the current system. The impact of collective bargaining on small business is also an aspect of the research. The aim was to understand how labour policy and regulation can better support collective bargaining. - See more at: http://www.dpru.uct.ac.za/wp-07130-state-collective-bargaining-south-africa-empirical-and-conceptual-study-collective#sthash.TMnuDyso.dpuf
