'Disallowed Key Characters' error message
We are aware that some clients are receiving the 'Disallowed Key Characters' error message when trying to access our data portal.
This error is a browser issue related to cookies. Clearing your cache and cookies will solve the problem:
In Chrome:
- Select the “Customise and control Google Chrome” icon in the Chrome (the three stripes on the top right)
- Select “More tools” – “Clear browsing data” and the option of “Cookies and other site and plugin data”
- Select Clear browsing data again.
In Internet Explorer:
- Select “Tools” then “Delete browsing history” “Cookies and website data” and then “Delete”
