Descriptive analyses were undertaken of five of these programmes. The study investigated their relative effectiveness, as well as the contribution of child, programme, and home factors to a change in the children\u2019s ELOM performance over the course of the interventions. Children were assessed using the Early Learning Outcomes Measure (ELOM) from March to October 2018. Early Childhood Development practitioners were interviewed to gather data about the programme that may affect children\u2019s early learning outcomes. Significant improvements in total ELOM scores were observed for all four programmes included in multi-level modelling, with the extent of change ranging from 13 to 20 ELOM standard score points.
