Each of these teams of field workers consisted of four interviewers. The teams were deployed in the various areas according to a fieldwork programme. Maps and aerial photographs were used to identify the areas and survey regions. Due to the size of the sample and time restrictions, the teams had to cope with a heavy schedule and send statistics on the progress in the field to the office every day.
